Bologna for National Food Collection Day

For National Food Collection Day, an initiative supported by the Fondazione Banco Alimentare, this morning Bologna employees and players from the youth sector took part as volunteers in collaboration with Rossoblù partner Atlante.

Inside the Centro Lame, the group helped out by inviting supermarket customers to donate part of their shopping towards people living with food scarcity and then sorting the donated products into packages divided by category.

All items collected were subsequently distributed to a non-profit organisation, which will distribute them to families in need in the local area.
