Calabresi: “An undeserved defeat. It’s a shame about the suspensions”

This was what Calabresi had to say after Monday’s defeat to AC Milan:

“We played at the same level as a team fighting for Champions League qualification. We’ll take note of this performance and now focus on our next match. It’s a shame about the suspensions. They are very important players and we want to play certain matches at full strength. We won’t have this next Monday but I’m sure that whoever plays will be ready. We have a really strong squad and we all have to make one last effort. We deserved something from this game, we were a bit too naive for both of their goals. It was a nervy ending and this shouldn’t happen. Monday’s match against Parma will be decisive? We’re used to playing important matches.”
