Dan Ndoye’s post-match reaction

This is what Dan Ndoye had to say after today’s win in Naples: “We knew that Napoli are a great team. We waited for the right moment to strike and defended well. I managed to score my first goal in Serie A, and I’m happy for both myself and the team. Throughout the season, I’ve worked hard in training to find the net, and the goal has now arrived. I hadn’t bagged until today, but I’ve always given my all to help the group.

“Our fans are incredible. We play to make them happy, and we enjoy celebrating with them in front of the away sector when we win. We don’t want to talk about the Champions League until it’s mathematically over. We’ll continue to take it game by game, as has been the case for the entire season.  I think our secret is precisely the group. It’s all about working for the team and all having the same mentality, whether you start or remain on the bench. This is our trump card that has made the difference. Thiago Motta is a great coach, and it’s a pleasure to work with him.”
