De Silvestri’s post-match comments

Lorenzo De Silvestri spoke to Mediaset following the Coppa Italia win over Inter: “A hard-fought battle against the top side in Serie A. We stayed in the game despite conceding a goal in extra time, we were a team until the end and we made a comeback to bring it home. Football gifts you beautiful evenings like these when you work hard in the week with sacrifice, but also with joy. We started this journey last season and this year we are doing well thanks to the extraordinary relatonship between the Club, staff, players and city. Now we’re already focused on Atalanta, there’s little time to prepare and we have to do as best we can”.
