Blerim Dzemaili scored his first goal at the World Cup during a 2-2 draw with Costa Rica on Wednesday evening, a result that secured Switzerland’s spot in the next round. Meanwhile, Giancarlo Gonzalez‘s team have been eliminated, with the Rossoblu defender playing the entire 90 minutes.

As for Filip Helander and Emil Krafth, neither featured during Sweden’s 3-0 win over Mexico, although they still had reason to celebrate as they finished top of the group. They will now face off against Dzemaili’s Sweden in the round of 16 on Tuesday.
