Giaccherini, Mbaye and Krivicic all start for their national teams
Three Rossoblù players started for their national teams over the weekend. Emanuele Giaccherini played 80 minutes during Italy’s 1-0 friendly win over Scotland and was one of the best players on the pitch. Senegalese international Ibrahima Mbaye played the whole game in his team’s 2-0 win over Rwanda and Marko Krivicic was substituted in the 57th minute of the Slovenia U21s’ clash against Azerbaijan, in which the Bologna man’s team prevailed 4-1.
