Pre-season: end-of-day run for the Rossoblu in Sardinia

Pre-season training continues for Bologna FC in Castiadas, Sardinia. Today’s activities started at 8 in the morning with some work on the beach and in the water. Later this evening, the Rossoblu trained along the coast as they took part in some shuttle runs before two 30 minute blocks of free running.
