Pre-season: training next to the pool and beach volleyball for the Rossoblu

Yesterday afternoon’s first-team training session in Castiadas, Sardinia, featured work on endurance, agility and power as the squad trained next to the swimming pool. Earlier, the players had enjoyed a free morning granted by coach Donadoni. The party then moved onto the beach where everyone enjoyed a beach volleyball match between players and backroom staff.
