Pre-season: training on the beach followed by coastal run

A new day of training began this morning under the Sardinian sun for the Rossoblu in Castiadas. Today’s first session took place on the beach with the squad doing shuttle runs on the sand, running in shallow water and swimming out to sea.

Early evening will see the players finish the day with a run through the coastal scrub.
