Second day of pre-training camp
Eden Village Premium Spiagge San Pietro in Castiadas hosted the second day of the team’s pre-training camp in Sardinia. The day began with introductory strength work on the sand before agility work in the water.
In the afternoon, there was work on core stability with roll foam at the side of the swimming pool.
The players who remained at Casteldebole also had a double session with fitness and gym work.
