Today in training ahead of #BFCEmpoli

The team continued to prepare for #BFCEmpoli with an afternoon training session. There was fitness work, tacitcal drills and finally a training match. After withdrawing from training yesterday, tests on Federico Mattiello revealed a grade one tear to the right rectus femoris muscle. Recovery time is estimated to be two/three weeks.
