Torosidis: “We have to work for the fans”

Vasilis Torosidis was the latest player to pass through the Media Center in Castelrotto. Here was what he had to say to assembled journalists: “I think that we’ve worked well in the past two weeks, the whole team has worked well. What matters is the team. If the manager wants to play me as a full-back I will, if he wants me to play in the middle I will and it’s not an issue for me. Bologna are an important club and we saw last year that the fans always came to the stadium. It’s a club that is growing where the Chairman and the whole club wants to do more. Now, it all depends on us. We have everything, there’s a new training centre and I’ve also read about the stadium. We have to work to do better for the fans who come to the stadium and to change things that didn’t go well last year and the pitch will speak for itself.”
