Vincenzo Italiano said this on today’s win: “There were a lot of challenges coming into this, particularly the fact that we didn’t have much time to prepare and regather energy after AC Milan. It’s a really important win, once again a turnaround, and once again the subs made a huge difference. However, I don’t like our defensive frailties meaning causing us to concede first: we will work on this”.
