Viviani signs for Bologna

Bologna FC 1909 are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Federico Viviani from Hellas Verona FC. He joins on a one-year loan deal until 30th June 2017 with an option to make the deal permanent.

Born in Lecco on 24th March 1992, he is a typical playmaker. He spent his youth at the Roma academy and has represented Italy at various youth levels. He is currently part of the U21s squad. Following spells at Padova, Pescara and Latina, he signed for Verona in the summer of 2015. He made his Serie A debut with the club last year, making 19 appearances and scoring three goals for them.
