Walter Sabatini’s post-match comments

Sporting Director Walter Sabatini had the following words to say after today’s match:

“The possibility actually existed that I might break my relationship with Bologna, as I have often wondered about my usefulness within the Club. But especially after a match like this, it isn’t possible to leave: This situation nails me to my responsibilities; I will stay and we will fight. After this defeat I won’t ask myself any more questions: I apologise to the fans and the President for such a result. At the moment we have invested a lot so we will find it hard to take action in the transfer market again, more than anything else we need to take action on the mentality of the players”.
