We Love Football tournament to take place 28th March to 2nd April

The We Love Football international youth football tournament will take place between 28th March and 2nd April. The Under-15 competition was born from an idea by former Rossoblu player Marco De Marchi in collaboration with Oblivion Production and the support of Regione Emilia Romagna, FIGC, Associazione Italiana Calciatori, the Bologna and Castenaso councils and ASCOM Bologna.

Eight teams are represented this year with 24 teams involved (16 male, 8 female). Teams participating include Inter, Roma, Atalanta, Juventus, Ajax, Flamengo and Canadians Monteral Impact.

Bologna will take part with Francesco Morara’s Under-15s while the women’s team will be led by Gianni Foschini.

In the male tournament, the 16 teams will be split into four groups on 28th and 30th March before the quarter-finals on 31st March. The semi-finals and finals will be played on 1st and 2nd April at the Stadio Dall’Ara.
